Every real buyer is working with at least one agent, and there are over 100,000 agents in L.A., Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Properly exposing your property to all of them gives you 10 times the power of any local marketing. My unmatched sales record proves this.

1. Premarketing: As soon as homes become vacant we order signs up and put them in the MLS and on our inventory, so agents can show them right away. We often have offers to present as soon as we're given a list price.

I make sure that there are great photos and my remarks are the best possible.
